Description

โ€ข In this role you will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support to business leaders. โ€ข You will own execution of talent management and change management strategies, partnering with key Gap Inc. HR solution centers to deliver results against business and people strategies. โ€ข The HR Business Partner must understand business priorities and appropriately translate them into people actions. โ€ข Leads with empathy, earning the trust of employees at all levels of the organization. โ€ข Regularly monitoring key organizational metrics, goals, and engagement, identifying insights that equip leaders to make well-informed, human-centric decisions. โ€ข Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, build professional relationships. โ€ข Able to operate with autonomy and discretion and is not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. โ€ข Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills. โ€ข Strong talent assessment skills. โ€ข Able to drive talent management and succession planning activities within the business. โ€ข Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement annually, as assessed through ongoing feedback methods.

Requirements

โ€ข High level of comfort with most HR disciplines (employee relations, compensation, benefits, OD, talent management, talent acquisition). โ€ข High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics (authentic, compassionate, genuine, and honest); effective communicator both written and verbal; proficient listening skills and problem solver. โ€ข Exhibit a strong business acumen, a relentless drive for achieving results, and a desire to succeed as a team. โ€ข Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend quality solutions. โ€ข Possess in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within field HR, along with a foundational understanding of business-related areas.
