Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience managing and growing a high-performing B2B account management org in healthcare, benefits, or wellbeing industry β€’ Demonstrated experience supporting clients to increase engagement and maximize the value of a SaaS solution β€’ Proven ability to build strong relationships with brokers in the health and welfare space β€’ Passion for delivering an excellent client experience β€’ Strong ability to think systematically and design operational processes β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving, fast-paced startup environment β€’ A desire to improve the healthcare system
