β€’ Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives β€’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams β€’ Provide leadership and guidance to your team β€’ Oversee identification and pursuit of new business opportunities β€’ Monitor and analyze regional sales performance β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations β€’ Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management β€’ Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment β€’ Exceptional leadership and people management skills β€’ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales goals β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
