📋 Description
• Create insightful and actionable research on sales compensation plans for B2B organizations. • Deliver actionable advice and represent thought leadership rooted in data. • Remain ahead on developments in B2B sales talent strategy. • Lead webinars and present at Gartner events on compensation topics.
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years' total experience • 7+ years in sales compensation analysis in enterprise B2B sales organizations or consulting roles • 3+ years in incentive plan design and administration • Proficiency in quota allocation, plan structures, and payout calculations • Understanding of incentive plans and their alignment with business strategy • Familiarity with sales compensation planning tools • Experience providing senior sales leadership analysis on incentive plan effectiveness • Knowledge of advances in AI and predictive analytics • Skills in designing and distributing compensation plan communications • Ability to collaborate with organizational functions to implement incentive plans • Strong business and financial acumen • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Strong critical reasoning skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred • Ability to conduct occasional travel
