β€’ 12+ years' total experience β€’ 7+ years in sales compensation analysis in enterprise B2B sales organizations or consulting roles β€’ 3+ years in incentive plan design and administration β€’ Proficiency in quota allocation, plan structures, and payout calculations β€’ Understanding of incentive plans and their alignment with business strategy β€’ Familiarity with sales compensation planning tools β€’ Experience providing senior sales leadership analysis on incentive plan effectiveness β€’ Knowledge of advances in AI and predictive analytics β€’ Skills in designing and distributing compensation plan communications β€’ Ability to collaborate with organizational functions to implement incentive plans β€’ Strong business and financial acumen β€’ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills β€’ Strong critical reasoning skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred β€’ Ability to conduct occasional travel
