• Subject matter expertise in Adobe’s and software/SaaS commercial programs Licensing • Understanding of negotiation and trends in the software and cloud services market • Knowledge of global landscape • Superior analytical skills • Strong business and financial acumen • Excellent communication skills • Experience in SaaS / IaaS contract negotiations • Recent hands-on negotiation experience with Adobe within the last 12 months • Experience with software license compliance risk assessment
