• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience. • Strong understanding of federal and state-level employee benefits regulations, including FMLA, state-mandated leave programs, and retirement plan requirements. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. • Proven ability to perform detailed research and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex regulations. • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports and presentations for various audiences. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and other databases. • Experience with Workday is a plus. • Highly collaborative and interpersonally effective.
