Description

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners • Act as the main point of contact after sale, building rapport and promptly addressing concerns • Act as a bridge between partner accounts and the internal team

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in relationship/account management • Experience working with North America and EMEA markets • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce • Advantageous: Experience in the educational travel industry is beneficial but not compulsory • International travel experience is an advantage • Experience working as a travel consultant beneficial
