📋 Description

• At Relative Dynamics we value knowledge as a process rather than knowledge as an answer. • Founded in 2011 our goal is to define the new space era by continuously pushing the boundaries of engineering models services and technology development. • Relative Dynamics is currently seeking an RF Engineer (Space Communications) to work on NASA Human Space Flight Missions such as Orion and Dragon and upcoming Lunar Missions. • Perform Radio Frequency interference and compatibility analysis for space based communication systems • Determine the performance of Radio Frequency (RF) communication links and create link budgets using analytical methods or by applying analysis and simulation tools • Perform data reductions analyze and document results for presentation to customers • Perform R&D tasks on experimental projects for upcoming communication technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be U.S. Citizen • BS degree in engineering from an accredited engineering school or B.S. in mathematics, physics, or computer sciences • 2 + years of relevant experience • High knowledge of digital communications and RF system analysis • Familiar with antennas antenna polarization power spectral density & spectral roll-off Power flux density Noise density and CCSDS standards • Familiar with analysis software such as Matlab and Simulink • Willing to relocate to Houston TX is preferred
