• Leads operationalization of the HDNU Lean & Business Operations Strategy. • Works closely with a cross-functional team to identify inefficiencies and foster a continuous improvement culture. • Responsible for cross-functional engagement and collaboration to establish a roadmap for continuous improvement. • Deliver consistent, measurable, and sustainable year-over-year results through Lean Roadmaps. • Support cross-functional teams in building problem solving capabilities and leading kaizen events to eliminate waste, and drive simplification. • Serve as an Operations, Continuous Improvement & Lean Ambassador for the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge. • 7+ years of experience in ITO or OTR operations. • Strong proven track record of results using Lean methodologies. • Demonstrated influencing and problem-solving abilities; high Say-Do ratio through the application of Lean techniques. • Lean practitioner, capable and experienced in facilitating kaizen events and coaching core tools such as Daily Management, structured Problem Solving, Value Stream and Process Mapping, Standard Work, and Transactional Process Improvement. • Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation. • Experience working in a matrixed organization in a global environment.
