• Contributes to developing Quidel Operations and Supply Chain strategic roadmaps • Coordinates among cross-functional partners and models company-wide Manufacturing utilization • Leads activities focused on strategic plan elements including integration, synergy, and growth projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field • 8+ years of industry specific experience • 3+ years of Operations Strategic/Global level Leadership experience • Fundamental understanding of Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) methodologies • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external personnel • Significant large-scale transfer of capabilities project experience • Excellent project management skills • Good understanding of global supply chain processes/KPIs and financial/product flow modeling • Excellent prioritization, organization and the ability to multitask • Experience in QSR (Quality System Regulations) and ISO medical device standards • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships
