Description
• Responsible for designing, building, delivering, and maintaining software applications & services. • Define, develop, and evolve software in a fast paced and agile development environment. • Work with Product Line Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to understand product requirements. • Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication and leveraging product reuse. • Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge. • Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors with min 2 years software development experience. • High school diploma/GED with 6 years software development experience accepted. • Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design, Software Design Patterns, and Java coding principles. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Ability to document, plan, and execute programs. • Excellent communication skills and comfortable interfacing with senior leadership. • Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility. • Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members.
