Description

• Responsible for supporting GE Vernova’s Immigration & Mobility Program across all businesses • Develop in-depth understanding of specific systems, processes, policies, and legislative rules • Identify trends and/or process improvements, take ownership of operation focused deliverables • Provide guidance to resolve issues across teams internally and externally • Act as main point of contact for mobility operations and services across Corporate and businesses

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with mobility policies, tools, and processes (eg. Mobilization tool, GE Moves, Workday) • Strong oral and communication skills, able to communicate complex messages • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs • Experience using lean management tools/metrics to improve processes and define standard work
