Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to assess and understand training needs for field operations leaders. • Design comprehensive training and onboarding programs, including curriculum development, learning materials, and scheduling. • Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for field operations leaders, utilizing various methodologies. • Partner with the existing field operations training team to understand current practices and identify collaboration opportunities. • Develop methodologies to monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, driving process improvement and innovation. • Provide coaching and support to trainees to reinforce learning and skill development. • Coordinate logistics for training events, maintain records, and ensure compliance with certifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts and HR professionals to align training with organizational objectives. • Foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and skills development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in program management, instructional design, or training facilitation, preferably in field operations. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), multimedia tools, and training technologies. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
