• Integral role in owning and evolving Headway’s provider marketing operations & tech stack • Own and optimize high quality marketing processes • Manage technical components of paid channels • Monitor and report on campaigns performance and impact

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Marketing Operations experience • Subject matter expert for operational excellence, expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, and Iterable • Detail-oriented and enjoy managing complex end-to-end processes • Extremely comfortable with a broad marketing tech stack • Enjoy building new, operationally efficient processes from scratch • Thrive in the unknown, seek out opportunities to dive into unfamiliar challenges • Motivated by making an impact on accessible mental healthcare • Enjoy digging into data for storytelling • Bonus points for experience in high growth technology environments • Bonus points if Marketo Certified
