β€’ Resource Innovations is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join our growing team in California. β€’ We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager with a background in working with contractors and the installation of energy-efficient equipment. β€’ Support the Energy Savings Assistance Program by building strong relationships with contractors, managing performance metrics, supporting training initiatives, and driving positive energy savings outcomes. β€’ Collaborate with the Program Delivery and Management Team to guide program requirements, coordinate on client needs, and improve quality assurance and control. β€’ Your expertise in utility programs and energy efficiency will be crucial in helping contractors succeed and achieving organizational goals. β€’ Resource Innovations is a diverse, inclusive energy transformation firm focused on impact. β€’ Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're expanding our clean energy solutions to guide utilities through complex challenges, including load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction. β€’ With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.

Requirements

β€’ Ability to travel up to 80% locally within the state of California (Central Valley and Bay Area). β€’ 5+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, with a solid understanding of the contractor landscape and networks. β€’ Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with individuals and businesses from diverse backgrounds. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Enthusiasm for sustainability, energy efficiency, and the mission of our organization. β€’ Current or previous holder of General Contracting, HVAC, and/or plumbing license. β€’ Bachelor's degree in energy management, business administration, sustainability, or a related field. β€’ Strong computer skills, including ability to utilize basic functionality of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications. β€’ Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a proven track record of successful project management.
