Description

• Resource Innovations is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join our growing team in California. • We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager with a background in working with contractors and the installation of energy-efficient equipment. • Support the Energy Savings Assistance Program by building strong relationships with contractors, managing performance metrics, supporting training initiatives, and driving positive energy savings outcomes. • Collaborate with the Program Delivery and Management Team to guide program requirements, coordinate on client needs, and improve quality assurance and control. • Your expertise in utility programs and energy efficiency will be crucial in helping contractors succeed and achieving organizational goals. • Resource Innovations is a diverse, inclusive energy transformation firm focused on impact. • Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're expanding our clean energy solutions to guide utilities through complex challenges, including load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction. • With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 80% locally within the state of California (Central Valley and Bay Area). • 5+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, with a solid understanding of the contractor landscape and networks. • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with individuals and businesses from diverse backgrounds. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Enthusiasm for sustainability, energy efficiency, and the mission of our organization. • Current or previous holder of General Contracting, HVAC, and/or plumbing license. • Bachelor's degree in energy management, business administration, sustainability, or a related field. • Strong computer skills, including ability to utilize basic functionality of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications. • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a proven track record of successful project management.
