• Lead a contract management community responsible for mitigating contractual and commercial risks • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with contractual obligations • Identify and drive contractual and commercial opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract strategies with business objectives • Maintain a contract repository, ensuring all contracts are properly stored, organized and accessible

Requirements

• Minimum experience in Contract Management • Experience managing a global team • Degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited university or college • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles • Strong negotiation skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Proficiency in English and French
