• Reporting to the Sr. HRM of Defense and Systems, the HR Strategy and Operations Leader will work closely with the D&S HR team. • Support regular reviews and audits to ensure P&L alignment. • Manages multiple data and analytics projects. • Drive quarterly bonus alignment review and tracking. • Support and facilitate the succession planning and talent review process. • Partner with subject matter experts to develop programs and processes. • Lead cross-functional global teams to implement key initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED with at least 4 years of relevant work experience). • Minimum 6 years HR Client Support experience with high proficiency in data analytics. • Strong organizational, analytical, decision making, problem-solving, project management, verbal and written communication skills. • Experience supporting clients within the defense industry. • In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles. • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR and talent decisions, assessing talent, and interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders. • Experience using data to drive decisions and craft objective stories through data and storytelling. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make judgments. • Capable of handling multiple issues/projects simultaneously and executing to completion.
