• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing Operations to drive the optimization and scaling of our marketing and creative workflows. • This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflow management, and fostering cross-team integration to ensure seamless execution of the company’s marketing vision. • The ideal candidate will excel at managing teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration, improving client management support, and delivering a world-class client experience while driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree. • 7-10 years of marketing operations experience with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, building scalable processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute complex marketing initiatives. • 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, with a focus on fostering individual growth and building a high-performance culture. Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent. • Proven expertise in creative operations, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, and process optimization for high-performing teams. • Experience designing and implementing scalable tools and systems that support the growth and efficiency of marketing operations, ensuring future readiness and adaptability for cross-functional teams. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and ensure alignment on strategies and deliverables. • Data-driven approach, with the ability to leverage insights and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize processes. • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, provide clarity, and reduce uncertainty for teams. • A “builder” mentality—someone ready to roll up their sleeves, create scalable solutions, and lead the team through growth and change.
