Description
• Lead and manage the Reinsurance Audit team. • Develop and implement audit plans and oversee execution. • Analyze audit data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure compliance with treaties, policies, and regulatory requirements. • Present audit results to senior management and clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, insurance, or commensurate experience. • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in insurance and/or reinsurance claims. • At least five (5) years in an audit or management role. • Strong knowledge of insurance policy provisions and eligibility requirements. • Proven experience in leading audit teams. • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
