• The Communications Manager for Strategy reports to the VP of Member Experience, Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility. • This position is responsible for the design and creation of strategic executive communications and assets to senior leadership and board of directors. • The ideal candidate will design and create strategic communications incorporating input from leaders and key functional areas. • Includes the creation of key strategy assets and presentations in collaboration with Growth division VPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field required. • 8+ years' experience in corporate communication department, PR firm environment, or related field required. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-topic senior-level communications impacting strategic decisions. • PowerPoint expert in design and functionality. • Working knowledge of SharePoint portal environment, preferably as a super user. • Highly collaborative, a team player, and excited to take on new challenges. • Prior experience in health care preferred. • Experience with modern strategic communication tools like Miro preferred.
