• We are seeking a communications professional to develop and coordinate internal communications and tools supporting the Healthcare business’s organizational strategy, critical initiatives, and other business updates. • The Sr. Communications Specialist will help shape our internal narrative, enhance employee engagement and manage a variety of internal communications plans and programs. • A core responsibility of this position is day-to-day management of the intranet site for the Healthcare business, a hub for business information, sales tools and training resources. • This position reports to Sr. Manager, Corporate Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field • 5-7+ years of corporate communications, public relations agency, journalism, and/or marketing experience • Experience in executive communications ideal • Experience managing an Intranet site using SharePoint is preferred • Knowledge of AP style a plus • Expert writing, storytelling, editing and proofreading skills • Strong executive presence, and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Highly strategic and out-of-the-box thinker - ability to be understanding, decisive and forward thinking • Skilled at exerting influence as this role requires cross-collaboration, with the ability to obtain support from various teams. • Comfortable working under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting as circumstances change • Commitment to excellence, quality and attention to detail • Thrive in a collaborative team-based environment while also working independently. • Basic web-development skills a plus • Basic graphics and video experience a plus
