Description

• Analyze product performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall strategy for product evolution. • Develop and refine customer segmentation models to better understand customer behavior and preferences, enabling personalized product strategies, facilitating targeted product enhancements. • Examine historical performance data and market trends to anticipate future product needs, gaps, and opportunities for innovation. • Lead comprehensive analyses on product performance, utilizing advanced statistical and actuarial methods to uncover trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. • Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively integrated into product development and decision-making processes. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with analytical insights, influencing key decisions on product development and enhancements. • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. • Design and implement sophisticated analytical frameworks and dashboards for ongoing monitoring of product metrics, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer needs. • Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in product analysis, preferably within a healthcare or related industry • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and statistical techniques that includes experience with forecasting and predictive analysis • Strong understanding of actuarial principles and their application to product performance evaluation • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Experience with customer segmentation and analysis of historical data trends • Effective communication skills for collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high diligence
