• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field • Understanding of B2B infrastructure software businesses, ideally in Software Development, Software Testing, and/or DevOps industries • 4+ years experience in Paid Advertising, managing campaigns across multiple platforms • Strong knowledge of tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, UTM parameters) and proficiency in Google Tag Manager • Expertise in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and reporting tools (Looker Studio) • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills • Experience in analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and improving conversion rates • Great communicator with excellent English skills • Desire to lead, learn, and adapt in a rapidly growing environment • Results-driven self-starter
