Senior Strategic Sourcing Partner - Procurement

Description
• Serve as company point of contact for issues with GEHA partners • Onboard new external partners • Lead supplier selection process and manage supplier relationships • Monitor productivity levels of partners • Evaluate partner’s contract performance • Manage grievances and partner relation issues • Provide training for external partnerships on new GEHA processes • Work with manager to design metrics for partner relationships • Build end-to-end RFP process for vendor relationships
Requirements
• 6-9 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain management • Bachelor’s degree • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies • Strong negotiation skills and effective communication • Proficiency in sourcing tools and software applications • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Business Analysis experience • Project management skills • Knowledge of GEHA Affirmative Action Policy
