Description
• Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, the Procurement Specialist will work alongside a team to manage purchase requests and orders. • Review and process purchase requests and orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy, compliance with company policies and procedures. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational policies. • Review and analyze global spends and vendors to identify areas for standardization and consolidation.
Requirements
• Between 3-5 years’ experience as a hands-on buyer for a global tech company • Relevant academic degree. • Ability to combine independent work with teamwork • Strong negotiations skills • Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors
