Description

• Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, the Procurement Specialist will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on enabling Wiz and its teams to do their best work by managing purchase requests and orders and working closely with external and internal stakeholders. • Review and process purchase requests and orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy, compliance with company policies and procedures. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT, security, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. • Communicate, co-operate and manage relationship with vendors. • Review and analyze global spends and vendors to identify areas for standardization and consolidation globally, contributing to overall business strategy.

Requirements

• Between 3-5 years’ experience as a hands-on buyer for a global tech company. • Relevant academic degree. • Ability to combine independent work with teamwork. • Strong negotiations skills. • Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors.
