📋 Description

• Global Service Growth Manager for XR will drive service growth through new service models and lifecycle management strategies. • Leads culture changes with external customers and internal teams to transform services offerings. • Partners closely with XR Service Segment Leaders & Product Managers for service growth features. • Owns the business case for new Services Growth features. • Collaborates with Global Services Commercial Operations for XR Growth Programs. • Provides leadership for creation and activation of customer-facing service offerings. • Drives technology roadmaps and strategies to maximize resource utilization. • Collaborates in developing value propositions and recommending best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • 8+ years’ progressive leadership experience in product development, product management, service delivery, service sales or related field. • Strong leadership skills to influence cross functional and global teams. • Strong interpersonal skills to work with customers and frontline sales/service delivery teams. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead large programs/projects. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills. • Proven experience with GE Healthcare service and commercial processes and working systems.
