🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field • 8+ years’ experience in marketing, product management or related field • Experience in a customer facing role (Service, Sales or Applications) • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (desired) • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field (desired) • Experience leading and developing teams (desired) • Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding (desired) • Healthcare product/industry acumen (desired) • Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas (desired) • Established project management skills (desired) • Previous sales, commercial experience (desired) • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams (desired) • Excellent oral and written communications skills (desired) • Strong analytical and process skills (desired) • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems (desired) • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial programs / projects (desired) • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs (desired) • Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence (desired) • Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams (desired)
