Description

• Our Senior Staff Engineering Manager for Partner Platform and Marketplace is an engineering leader. • This role reports to the Head of Partner Platform and is vital for developing a modernized developer facing platform. • You will lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to increase product delivery velocity. • Cultivate a culture that motivates all levels of performers. • Manage up to leadership and provide detailed and actionable project risks and solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency with at least one modern language such as Python, Java, Go • Basic knowledge and experience in UI/UX and prototype design • Working knowledge of object-oriented development and software design patterns • Proven ability to learn technical concepts quickly • Strong Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) platform knowledge • Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts • Experience in existing Operational Portals such as Azure Portal • Experience with 3rd party partner integrations and developer facing platforms • Experience developing B2B or B2C large scale marketplace • Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
