• Build and lead a team driving technical vision for a Billing Platform • Oversee tools and services for seamless billing experiences • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers • Address engineering-wide initiatives as a member of management team

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience • At least 2 years of engineering management experience • Responsible for delivering great products that work end-to-end • Managed frontend and backend engineers • Enjoy working closely with customers • Comfortable making hard decisions and trade-offs • Strong technical sense with rigorous architectural thinking • Thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility • Successfully recruited great people to your team • Enjoy developing and mentoring engineers and engineering leaders • Experience in the financial technology sector is preferred • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, or equivalents
