📋 Description
• Lead and enable a high-performing team responsible for defensive security • Develop and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Gemini’s TDR capabilities • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of security engineers • Own and participate in incident response, threat hunting, detection engineering, threat intelligence, threat disruption, and insider threat • Foster automated and scalable detection, response, and analysis practices • Champion cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational resilience and response
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years leading and working hands-on with threat detection and response or security operations teams • 4+ years leading high-performing remote or distributed technical teams in dynamic, scaled environments • Deep expertise in incident response, detection engineering, threat intelligence, and threat hunting • Strong understanding and hands-on experience building and operating modern, scaled TDR capabilities • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
