• Responsible for driving growth within the Federal Government sector • Focus on expanding federal government penetration • Coordination of bid activity and Customer Care to support sales priorities • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategy • Identify customer growth opportunities to support budget attainment • Lead a team of Federal sales assets • Negotiate and develop supplier agreements
🎯 Requirements
• History of performance in building, developing, and leading federal teams to high growth • Expansive network within Government procurement • DOD contracting experience • Medical supply or equipment experience preferred • Excellent management and leadership skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills • Outstanding independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills • Ability to plan and manage complex and successful projects • Strong negotiating skills
