Description

β€’ Prospect, negotiate, and onboard new employer clients and benefit brokers. β€’ Act as a key liaison to the broker community. β€’ Educate brokers regarding Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions value propositions. β€’ Interface with the Employee Benefits team to improve member growth and retention.

Requirements

β€’ At least 5-7 years’ business development experience working with benefit brokers, agents, and consultants. β€’ Exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and confidence to present to C-level executives. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with different internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs. β€’ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. β€’ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). β€’ Ability to travel 50-80% of the time.
