Description

β€’ Cymulate is looking for a talented and passionate Regional Manager to lead our West US team and drive direct and channel sales efforts for the region. β€’ The Regional Manager of Sales will be responsible for defining and owning the go-to-market strategy, building a world-class sales team, and driving exponential revenue growth across the region. β€’ Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, while overseeing the collaboration and alignment of SDRs, Sales Engineers and a Channel Account Manager within the West territory. β€’ Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy tailored to the West region, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and regional market dynamics. β€’ Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs for both the individual contributors and the region as a whole. β€’ Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to address the unique needs of the West region and equip your team with the necessary resources. β€’ Assist the team in building and executing strategic territory plans, focusing on account mapping and targeting key West market segments. β€’ Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of sales opportunities in the West region using Salesforce and other tools. β€’ Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the West sales team through regular coaching and career development opportunities. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners in the West to support long-term business growth. β€’ Continuously improve the sales process by identifying challenges specific to the West territory and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of proven success in cybersecurity sales, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team in the West territory or a similar region. β€’ Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. β€’ In-depth knowledge of the West territory market, including industry trends and customer needs in cybersecurity solutions. β€’ Expertise in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools for managing pipeline and reporting. β€’ A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance forecasting, ensuring accurate territory reporting and management.
