•10+ years of proven success in cybersecurity sales, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team in the West territory or a similar region. •Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. •In-depth knowledge of the West territory market, including industry trends and customer needs in cybersecurity solutions. •Expertise in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools for managing pipeline and reporting. •A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance forecasting, ensuring accurate territory reporting and management.
