β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. β’ Strong understanding of injection mold, tooling, plastic processing, and assembly operations. β’ 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with OEM or manufacturing clients. β’ Knowledge of OEM/Tier I business models and supply chain processes. β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. β’ Familiarity with SyBridge's product offerings and their applications in OEM operations. β’ Business connections within the injection molding and tooling sectors. β’ Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and customer needs. β’ Demonstrated ability to develop and grow new customer relationships. β’ Proven success in driving commercial innovation and revenue growth. β’ Experience working within manufacturing sales organizations and collaborating across multiple functions. β’ Expertise in strategic enterprise sales, selling multiple technical products. β’ Creative problem-solver, able to find new ways to create value. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for customer-facing presentations. β’ Strong Excel skills for creating structured spreadsheets. β’ Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
