Description

• Drive new OEM and Tier I customer relationships. • Unlock growth in prototype tooling sales through a strategic selling process. • Collaborate closely with our sales team, engineering, and site operations. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer visits. • Manage a large pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast sales. • Serve as the primary SyBridge representative to OEM clients. • Build technical partnerships with OEMs that generate long-term enterprise value. • Collaborate with the product development team to provide prototype solutions. • Acquire new customers within your territory and convert them into revenue-generating accounts. • Grow existing customer relationships, driving year-over-year (YoY) pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong understanding of injection mold, tooling, plastic processing, and assembly operations. • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with OEM or manufacturing clients. • Knowledge of OEM/Tier I business models and supply chain processes. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. • Familiarity with SyBridge's product offerings and their applications in OEM operations. • Business connections within the injection molding and tooling sectors. • Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and customer needs. • Demonstrated ability to develop and grow new customer relationships. • Proven success in driving commercial innovation and revenue growth. • Experience working within manufacturing sales organizations and collaborating across multiple functions. • Expertise in strategic enterprise sales, selling multiple technical products. • Creative problem-solver, able to find new ways to create value. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for customer-facing presentations. • Strong Excel skills for creating structured spreadsheets. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
