Description

β€’ Drive new OEM and Tier I customer relationships. β€’ Unlock growth in prototype tooling sales through strategic selling process. β€’ Collaborate closely with sales team, engineering, and site operations. β€’ Introduce customers to the SyBridge team and capabilities. β€’ Manage large pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast sales.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ Strong understanding of injection mold, tooling, plastic processing, and assembly operations. β€’ 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with OEM or manufacturing clients. β€’ Knowledge of OEM/Tier I business models and supply chain processes. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. β€’ Familiarity with SyBridge's product offerings and their applications in OEM operations. β€’ Business connections within the injection molding and tooling sectors. β€’ Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and customer needs. β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop and grow new customer relationships. β€’ Proven success in driving commercial innovation and revenue growth. β€’ Experience working within manufacturing sales organizations and collaborating across multiple functions. β€’ Expertise in strategic enterprise sales, selling multiple technical products. β€’ Creative problem-solver, able to find new ways to create value. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for customer-facing presentations. β€’ Strong Excel skills for creating structured spreadsheets. β€’ Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
