• The Retail / C&G Sales Director provides strategic leadership across North America • This role is pivotal in the regional planning process, developing and executing strategic commercial plans to achieve revenue and operating income targets • The Sales Director drives business growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding the customer base, and enhancing the company’s competitive position
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and/or a minimum of 10 years related training and experience; MBA a plus • Able to demonstrate a collaborative work style and ability positively influencing customer outcomes, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills • Extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry, particularly Retail / C&G sectors • Proven success in sales, including account management and new business development, preferably within the Retail / C&G channel • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions • Strong leadership and team management experience
