Description

• gener8tor runs accelerators and venture capital funds to catalyze community, mentorship, network, conviction and capital to bridge a community’s genius with opportunity. • The corporate innovation department creates relationships with corporate innovators and venture capitalists for potential customers and investors. • Seeking an Operations Manager to support Corporate Innovation Network events and annual conference series.

Requirements

• Experience running in-person events. • Great attention to detail and organization skills. • Familiarity with Airtable and Hubspot preferred, but not required. • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter. • Collaborative, team-based mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities and external relationships. • Flexibility to travel up to 25%, work some nights and weekends as required for events such as “Executives on a Plane”, CIN Summits and gener8tor Conferences. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A “no job is beneath me” mentality. • Commitment to equity across race, place and gender.
