📋 Description

• You will work closely with a Global Curriculum Lead, country program teams, technical experts, and contract designers to build our training programs. • Conduct activity mapping (observations and interviews at employer sites) to surface the activities and skills that should be integrated into a curriculum for new professions (i.e., needs analysis). • Develop curriculum planning materials, such as the scope and sequence, for new programs under the guidance and review of a Global Curriculum Lead, using the Generation Curriculum Design Methodology. • Design and write or manage external contractors in the writing of curriculum materials (e.g., assessments, sessions, student handouts). • Support the marketing and outreach required to increase affiliate adoption of global products.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years curriculum development experience, for adult audiences (ages 18+), ideally with experience in vocational education / workforce skills development. • 1-2 years of experience managing curriculum development projects • Ideal candidate has knowledge of best practices and current trends in adult learning, and/or experience with online and blended learning programs. • Graduate in any field with a strong academic track record. • Fluent English required, additional language proficiency desirable.
