Description

• Execute Geneva’s communications and marketing strategy to enhance visibility, engagement, and growth • Elevate Geneva’s brand presence and reinforce organizational value proposition through strategic communications • Tailor communications to target audiences to drive growth • Plan and execute strategic communications campaigns to support organizational objectives • Develop and implement strategic communications initiatives that support leadership and key stakeholders • Lead Board engagement initiatives, including meeting management and preparation of documents • Execute a high-impact media relations strategy to elevate Geneva’s reputation • Serve as a brand champion to ensure that all communications reflect and enhance Geneva’s values • Conduct market research and translate complex topics into actionable insights • Oversee the Marketing and Communications team, including hiring and performance reviews • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public affairs, or related equivalent work experience required • 5-7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within government, healthcare, life sciences, or nonprofit sectors • Proven experience in strategic communications, media relations, and branding • Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in stakeholder engagement • Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner • Strong organizational and time management skills • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and development
