• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public affairs, or related equivalent work experience required • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, and/or stakeholder engagement • Demonstrated strong analytical writing and verbal communications skills • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to coordinate complex projects, prioritize assignments, meet tight deadlines, and regularly report on status • Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proven ability to develop stakeholder interest • Experience supporting or advising senior leaders and executives • Highly organized and skilled in synthesizing complex materials • Ability to connect individual communications activities to higher-level strategies • Ability to write story-driven content about complex technical subjects and projects that engage target audiences and enhances Geneva’s image
