• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • 5 years of related marketing and communications experience with a preference for nonprofit or healthcare setting • Excellent knowledge of digital, email, search, social media, and out-of-home marketing • Experience analyzing and using data to drive decision-making • Self-directed and can work alone or in a team • Confident in managing up and proposing new solutions to leadership for implementation • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly • Strong task and project execution • Comfortable facilitating group conversations with a range of audiences • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms required • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office required • Knowledge of the current healthcare landscape is preferred • A deep commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission • Flexibility and ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities • Commitment to PPFA’s mission and diversity, equity, and inclusion • Collaborative work style
