Description

• Maintain and clean HubSpot CRM while ensuring data integrity • Conduct customer site evaluations and create proposals • Assist with inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for security consultations • Provide ongoing operational support, including working with reports and CRM analytics • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements

• College graduate of any 4-year course • Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical concepts clearly and concisely • Friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to learn with a basic understanding of sales principles • Proficiency with mapping tools (e.g., System Surveyor, Google Earth and Google Maps) is a plus • At least a year of experience is preferred • At least a year of experience in Data Management is a plus • It is an advantage to have at least half a year of experience supporting operations • Demonstrated experience creating and editing presentations in Google Slides, including adding graphics and charts • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for at least a year is a plus • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail • Familiarity with low-voltage cabling or network infrastructure is a plus but not required
