Description

• Manage and prioritize research participant recruiting requests with speed and accuracy. • Work across multiple marketing channels to source participants that are sought for research studies. • Become an expert in what prevents research projects from qualifying high-quality participants and execute a plan to eliminate those challenges. • Develop an understanding of the breadth and depth of our participant panel, building skills to assess what marketing channels and intervention are appropriate to ensure success. • Maintain a level of empathy, discretion, and confidentiality while working with both sides of our user research marketplace. • Work with the Fulfillment, Executive, Marketing, Product, and Customer Facing teams to identify, prioritize, and execute the fulfillment approaches that support our company objectives. • Drive scale and automation where appropriate to engage and acquire participants for research.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English • At least 1+ year of research participant recruiting experience is desired. • Willingness to establish baseline understanding of fundamentals of user research recruiting, organization, documentation terms, and user research best practices. • Comfortable with email marketing service providers like Hubspot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc. • Working knowledge of SQL a plus. • Willingness to work in a US compatible timezone.
