📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in life sciences and validation projects. • The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of validation projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met. • This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and operations, to deliver high-quality results in line with industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the life sciences industry, with a focus on validation (e.g., equipment, process, or software validation). • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.) and industry standards for validation projects, including GMP, GLP, and GCP. • Proven experience managing full lifecycle validation projects, from planning to execution and closeout. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
