📋 Description

• Working as a part of the COE Business Planning and Analysis organization in a direct reporting line to the COE BP&A Manager. • Providing end-to-end support to finance and business partners to ensure information flow and cost transparency by country & expense P&L reporting. • Initial build & submission of financial plans (quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting). • Providing analysis and narratives to explain variances versus prior planning scenarios. • Closing financial books in a monthly schedule, followed by variance analysis. • Running a cadence of financial reviews with senior business & finance partners for all reporting cycles. • Producing and highlighting trends in data & performance analysis. • Collaboration with BP&A EMEA Client organization ensuring alignment with key partner requirements. • Participation in project activities at different stages of implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with team player bias • Preferably FP&A experience • Quick learning and proactive with an approach to work independently to resolve tasks, • Process improvement oriented with a focus on implementing standardization in processes. • Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance or related field (preferably Accounting / Controlling), • Very good analytical skills & presentation skills, • Excellent English skills, • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Good understanding of project management methods and/or operational improvement, • Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments.
