•Power of technology applications to create smarter cities and vibrant communities. •GTS is leading the charge. •Successful candidate will be in Southern California as a Sr. Project Engineer focused on business development in transportation projects. •Work remotely from home but based in Southern California. •Role will consist of business development in the ITS industry and applying technical expertise.

Requirements

•Successful in Southern California market as a practice builder in Intelligent Transportation Systems industry. •Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering. •Professional Engineer license (PE) of CA - preferred, not required. •Extensive client contacts and relationships with the ITS industry. •Passion for managing and mentoring staff and resources in a positive, collaborative environment. •Partnered with the team to contribute to the success of the business. •10+ years of experience successfully leading Southern California Transportation project pursuits. •Experience in client engagement, marketing and growth of ITS practice in Southern California. •Managed design and delivery of projects profitably while involved in design issues, client engagement, and project oversight.
