β€’ You will be responsible for helping the team drive the growth of our sales strategy, manage key business partnerships and ensuring an exceptional provider/partner experience while we build a better aging experience. β€’ You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to deliver an exceptional experience to our CareScout partners and members. β€’ Your ability to foster strong relationships and help drive sales across B2B, B2B2C and D2C channels will be essential to your success in this role. β€’ This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a high-impact, mission-critical team while also expanding your knowledge and skills. β€’ In addition, you will support the sale and distribution of future CareScout products which may include financial and insurance solutions. β€’ This position reports to the Regional Vice President (RVP) for the territory.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BA/BS or equivalent experience β€’ 5-7 years of consultative sales or account management experience in homecare, long-term care, assisted living, care management, or employee benefits or aging-related organizations preferred. β€’ Possess a positive, self-starter attitude who performs well without direct supervision. β€’ A proven track record of working independently with agility and adaptability while driving change alongside cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. β€’ Exceptional organization & interpersonal skills, as well as strong written/verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends and create actionable insights to optimize sales strategies. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CX and CRM software such as MS Dynamics 365. β€’ Ability to learn new technological platforms and web infrastructure.
