🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred, Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) a plus. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with at least 5 years in healthcare; understanding of at-risk care models and space is a plusDemonstrated experience managing large, strategic, and complex accounts. • Strong understanding of value-based models preferredStrong strategic thinking and business acumen. Experience with SalesForce CRM. • Work well with cross-functional teams. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding growth goals, KPIs and metrics.
