Description
• As a member of the Project Management Office, you’ll play a crucial role in managing change initiatives that support our ability to deliver world class customer service and capabilities to our policyholders—now and in the future. • You will support projects focused on transforming our on-prem data center to a Cloud based environment and building our enterprise wide data management hub. • The projects supported by this role will have potentially span across multiple business functions and technology platforms calling on breadth of technical and project management skillsets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience • Minimum of 5 years project management experience • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and lead customer focused projects across organizational boundaries • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills • Strong communication -- oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills • Demonstrated experience interacting & collaborating with business areas in gathering, documenting and developing business scope for projects • Results oriented, ability to meet and exceed objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities • Strong analytical and business problem solving skills • Nice to have Prior experience with large IT related projects and business transformations • PMI (Project Management Institute) CAPM or PMP certification • Experience using MS Project and Visio (or related platforms) at intermediate to advance level
