β€’ Responsible for helping the team drive the growth of our sales strategy β€’ Manage key business partnerships and ensuring an exceptional provider/partner experience β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product β€’ Foster strong relationships and help drive sales across B2B, B2B2C and D2C channels β€’ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by establishing relationships with potential providers and partners. β€’ Negotiate and close high-value contracts with home care providers, assisted living communities, etc. β€’ Educate prospective and existing providers about new CareScout Quality Network features. β€’ Achieve individual sales goals through positioning CareScout’s story, strategy, and solutions with healthcare providers.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BA/BS or equivalent experience β€’ 5-7 years of consultative sales or account management experience in homecare, long-term care, assisted living, care management, or employee benefits or aging-related organizations preferred. β€’ A proven track record of working independently with agility and adaptability while driving change alongside cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. β€’ Exceptional organization & interpersonal skills, as well as strong written/verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends and create actionable insights to optimize sales strategies. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CX and CRM software such as MS Dynamics 365. β€’ Ability to learn new technological platforms and web infrastructure.
