Description

• Organize and manage the recruitment process for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). • Drive candidate sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding support. • Ensure continuous flow of high-quality candidates while managing recruitment data. • Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the process. • Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and provide regular reports • Improve recruitment messaging and help build brand through industry engagement. • Maintain accurate recruitment data using ATS tools and analyze hiring metrics. • Research and advocate for new tools to improve recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, particularly for clinical roles such as BCBAs, is preferred. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. • Experience in negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
