Description

• This is a contract position. • We are looking for a talented individual to join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter! • You will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce that is changing the way people use energy. • You will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement. • You will quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process. • Get excited, because you will be energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization, to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies. • You'll be building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class. • Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale. • You must be resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward – then shepherding their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace. • You will represent the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations. • Supporting members of the Recruiting team and collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience • A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting • The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms • An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success • Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends • The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally
